Join Christian Bloggers

Christian Bloggers is a community of Christian Bloggers who have come together with their brothers and sisters in Christ. We are Christians of varying doctrines but we all agree that Jesus was the Son of God, He died on the cross for our sins, He rose from the dead, and ascended to Heaven.

Criteria:

1. You must be a Christian.
2. You must have a blog.
3. Your blog should at least be one month old.
4. Your blog should be updated at least once a month, unless you are on a hiatus. If I check your site and you have not posted in the last 6 months, without a specific reason stated on your blog with your intention of returning, your site will be removed.
5. You must add the Christian Bloggers Blogroll to your blog. The more people that add the blogroll, the more exposure your site will get. Your main blog page is where you need to add the blogroll. Not a blogroll page or link page. There are many ways to add a blogroll so that it does not take up your whole sidebar. Check these out for examples (here and here).
6. Members blogs are expected to be Christian in nature and reflect the Christian faith. You may blog about other things like your family, politics, and so on. But, it should be obvious that your blog is a Christian blog.
7. No business blogs are allowed. If your blog's sole purpose is to sell merchandise, I cannot add you to the blogroll. You can join the Christian Bloggers Webring as an alternative.

Benefits:

1. Your site will be added to the Christian Bloggers Aggregator.
2. More exposure to your site via the Christian Bloggers Blogroll.
3. Your site will be listed on the Blogdigger Group, Bloglines, and Netvibes.
4. You can also join the Christian Bloggers Ring. (Note: Doing so does not add you to the blogroll. They are two different things.)
5. You get lots of cool graphics to use on your website.
6. The best benefit of all; being connected to all the other Christian Bloggers!

How To Join:

1. Comment to this post.
2. Include your site name and URL. If you would like to use a feed other than the one associated with your site, like a Feedburner feed, include that as well. (Note: Blogger users should have Site Feed set to "yes" and their description set to "short" in their Settings. Also, under Publishing, choose "yes" for notifying Weblogs.)
